Request deletion of your account

UP NaukriGuru students can request the removal of their registered account and associated personal profile and test-attempt data.

How to request deletion

1. Write to champaksworld@gmail.com from your registered email address, if possible.
2. Use the subject UP NaukriGuru account deletion request.
3. Include the email address or mobile number associated with your account. Do not send your password or OTP.
4. We may ask for verification before processing the request and will reply with confirmation or a request for additional information.

What is covered

The deletion request covers the student account, contact details and saved examination attempts/results tied to that account, subject to identity verification and any legally required retention. Locally saved app preferences or drafts can be cleared by removing app data or uninstalling the app.
