This policy describes the UP NaukriGuru website and Android exam-preparation app, developed and maintained by Champak Roy.
Information we handle
When you register or sign in, the service processes your name, email address, mobile number and account authentication information. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides information needed to identify and authenticate your account. The app does not ask for your Google password.
When you take tests, the service processes test attempts, selected answers, scores, completion times, topics and performance reports. The Android app also saves preferences and in-progress attempts locally on the device.
Why we use this information
We use this information to create accounts, authenticate students, display appropriate exam-preparation materials, save and synchronise completed results, review student performance, provide support and maintain the service.
Service providers
Information may be processed by hosting and infrastructure services required to operate the website and API. Google Sign-In is optional and is subject to Google's own terms and privacy practices. We do not ask you to provide banking information to use the free diagnostic.
Storage and security
Account details and submitted results are transferred to the service over HTTPS and stored by the server. In-progress attempts and some preferences may be stored on your device. We use access controls and other technical safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction or deletion of your student account data by writing to champaksworld@gmail.com. To request deletion, use the account deletion page. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Some information may need to be retained where legally required or to complete pending operational processes.
Children
This service is intended for students and job applicants preparing for competitive examinations, not specifically for children under 13. Parents or guardians should supervise use by younger students.
Policy updates
Changes to the service may require updates to this policy, which will be published on this page with a revised date.
